Mell Lazarus
Various projects by Mell Lazarus including his very entertaining and funny adult humor novels Neighborhood Watch (1986) and The Boss Is Crazy Too (1963). Lazarus was most well known for his comic strips Miss Peach and Momma, but he also had an interesting cartooning career prior to being syndicated as these early examples show.
