Back by popular demand - those zany cartoon characters Rebel the fast-talking hip hero of Finster High, and his free-wheeling side-kicks, Groover and Wreck, who add their modest luster to Rebel’s swiveling ideas.
Mr. Mellon, Finster’s long-suffering principal - who may forget a face but never a detention - isn’t sure he can stand it much linger. He calculates he has fifteen years, three months, two weeks, and ten days to go before he can retire. Poor Mr. Mellon - too young to retire and too old to enlist!
